Having trained in the UK, Jon took up his current fulltime public position as a consultant interventional cardiologist at Royal Perth Hospital in 2015, and currently performs high volume PCI and structural procedures.

Over the past decade Jon has established the hospital’s comprehensive INOCA service, including a dedicated clinic, guideline recommended coronary physiology testing necessary for the diagnosis of microvascular and vasospastic angina, patient support forum and a program of novel microvascular research.

Jon represents Western Australia within the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand (CSANZ) Vasomotor Disorders Working group, contributing to national and international research and education within this important area of cardiovascular medicine.
